He does look a bit like Keanu...especially now that he has gained a little weight. He is really cute and has a very sexy smile that could make a person let him get away with most anything...lol.

Why, it's Vitas, a singer from Russia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitas. He has rather an unusual voice. If you look up this Wiki page, you'll see the references to his English site and Fan club.
Not my cup of tea though, though I admit he's not bad. They say he met with much success when touring China.
