on the right of the admin here I have to tell you that there are rules I believe every admin should follow
if you have created a profile but never used it I make it inactive and if you do not write a letter to me or a request to make it active I will delete the profile as the one that is not necessary neither for you or of me.

That is not the rule that conciders those who are already showing their activity in the forum.

Only to those who have created profiles and do not use 'em at all.
